Our service includes flushing tank sediment and mineral buildup, inspecting and replacing the anode rod (for steel tanks), cleaning burner tubes and igniters, inspecting pressure relief valves, checking heating elements and thermostat operation, and verifying propane gas pressure for safe, reliable hot water. Standard Tanked (Suburban / Atwood): Straightforward drain, flush, anode rod check, and burner tube cleaning. Tankless / On-Demand (Furrion, Girard, Truma) Requires setting up a re-circulating pump with a vinegar/citric acid descaling solution running through the heat exchanger for 30–45 minutes Hydronic Systems (Aqua-Hot / Oasis / Alde): Full annual service including fuel nozzle replacement, fuel filter change, combustion chamber cleaning, and glycol level/concentration test.

What You Get: Professional On-Site Diagnostic: We will travel directly to your location to evaluate the problem area. 1 Full Hour of Dedicated Troubleshooting: Up to 60 minutes of hands-on diagnostic testing, covering advanced electrical tracing, propane pressure checks, or mechanical system testing. Pinpoint Problem Identification: A clear explanation of exactly what is broken, why it failed, and what parts or labor are required to fix it correctly. Transparent Estimate: A detailed, upfront quote for the required repair work so you can make an informed decision with no hidden surprises. Important Service Fee Details: The $100 deposit paid at booking only covers this service call, your first hour of diagnostics is billed at out hourly rate. Repairs Not Included: Please note that the diagnostic fee covers finding the problem, not fixing it. If the issue is simple and requires no extra parts, We will always aim to fix it within that first hour. If it requires parts or additional time, we will provide a repair quote before any extra work begins.
